She also met our expectations in production. She easily earned her milk star as a First Freshener, milking 1168 pds of milk, 58 pds of butterfat, in just 158 days, putting her on the MDGA Top 10 list in production.

Pumpkin has quite the pedigree and holds a special place in my heart. She excels in strength, with a nice capacious udder. She is an 8th-generation star milker, following in her dam’s will to milk attitude. As a First Freshener, she easily earned her milk star, milking 1325 pds and 66 pds of butterfat in just 172 days, earning her place on the MDGA Top 10 list in production and butterfat. We are very excited for her future, and just want more does out of her.

Phoebe is a doe with a special story…we had sold her bred, to reduce our numbers. She ended up in a less-than-desirable home, and fortunately, we were able to bring her back to have her kids. Phoebe freshened with an amazing mammary. I took her to her first show, and at only a 9 hr fill (Silly me, had put her back with her kids after milk test the night before, and didn’t realize it until 2:30 in the morning), she still took best udder in her class of AOM. Phoebe is a true testament to the genetics behind her. We love her:)

Moana holds a special place here as our first — and hopefully only — orphaned kid. She stole our hearts from the start, and we likely would have kept her no matter what — but she’s grown into a truly beautiful doe in her own right.
We especially admire her long, level topline, level rump, excellent extension of brisket, and her strong, correct legs and feet. Her pedigree blends several impressive animals, and we’re proud to have her representing those lines in our herd.
